Serbian Mitrovic was sent off after confronting and pushing referee Chris Kavanagh with his shoulder.<\/p>\n<p data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"c13eb164-ca91-4e93-89d7-02638c44b152\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">\u201cWe claim the standard punishment which would otherwise apply to Aleksandar Mitrovic for the sending-off offence of violent conduct that he committed towards the match referee around the 72nd minute was insufficient. In addition, Silva was charged with misconduct for comments he made in a press conference following the FA Cup defeat.
