A brick was allegedly thrown toward the Liverpool coach, which caused a window to crack. On board, no one was injured.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"6f28aef8-c900-408d-9ae7-b90ddbf5ee91\">In a statement, Manchester City announced they would fully support Greater Manchester Police\u2019s investigation. The statement read: \u201cManchester City FC has been informed that Liverpool FC\u2019s bus sustained damage on its return journey following today\u2019s game. We understand an object was thrown towards the coach in a residential area. Incidents of this kind are unacceptable, and we strongly condemn such behaviour. We will fully support Greater Manchester Police\u2019s investigation into this incident in any way we can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/XploreMediaUK\/status\/1642223938309869568<\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-2\" data-private=\"redact\" data-wt-guid=\"2395c123-3185-4b64-a2b8-f690a8734b1d\">Liverpool will also support any investigation into this incident if one is conducted.
