Liverpool FC were leading by two goals in the first 20 minutes but the remaining 70 minutes gave them some bad memories. The Reds were looking to take revenge on Real Madrid who defeated them in the finals of the UEFA Champions League 2021\/22 season. However, they couldn\u2019t do it even after leading by two goals to nil at first.<\/p>\n
Liverpool gave away their lead which was given to them by Nunez and Salah inside 15 minutes. Vinicius Junior scored two back to back goals to end the first half with a scoreline 2-2. Second half was as spectacular as it seemed. Madrid took the lead in the 47th minute with Eder Militao\u2019s superb goal. Last year\u2019s Top scorer Karim Benzema didn\u2019t hold back as he also record two goals to his name in the game.
