The Bulgarian forward turned heads as he played for Kerala Blasters in the 2017-18 season of the ISL. However, the forward only managed to find the back of the net once in nine appearances for the Blasters.<\/p>\n<h2>2.) Roberto Carlos<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-232324 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/07\/IMG_5086.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"739\" height=\"415\" \/><\/p>\n<p>An absolute maestro, Carlos is remembered for his legendary free kick style. The Brazilian great spent 11 years at Real Madrid, winning four La Liga titles and three UEFA Champions League trophies. The news of his arrival sent ripples of excitement across the nation, as he went on to join the Delhi Dynamos in 2015. He was invited as a player\/coach and did manage to guide the team to the semi-finals.<\/p>\n<h2>3.) Robert Pires<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-232325 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/07\/IMG_5087.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"354\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A heartthrob among Arsenal fans, Pires made his comeback to football by joining FC Goa in the inaugural season of the ISL. However, the former World Cup winner failed to impress us with his performance, scoring once in 8 matches.<\/p>\n<h2>4.) David Trezeguet<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-232326 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/07\/IMG_5088.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"691\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The French national proved to be a valuable asset for the French national team as well as Serie A giant Juventus. Trezeguet joined FC Pune City in 2014 and scored two goals in eight matches for them, before announcing his retirement in January 2015.<\/p>\n<h2>5.)\u00a0Alessandro Del Piero<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-232327 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.businessupturn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/07\/IMG_5089.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"354\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another legend to make his comeback to football through ISL, Del Piero was signed in by Delhi Dynamos in the first season of the Indian Super League. However, the Italy and Juventus legend was mere shadow of his former self as he managed no more than one goal in 10 appearances.
