Following a spectacular turnaround from a cardiac arrest the previous year, Eriksen has already shown he is nonetheless at the peak of his form, aiding Brentford to Premier League survival.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Bees have won each match he has featured after acquiring the Denmark player in January on a season-long loan, and he will meet his previous club Spurs and former Inter Milan coach Conte on Saturday. When questioned if he considered bringing Eriksen again to Spurs in January, Conte voiced his doubts, claiming he did not believe him to thrive at the rate he has.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cHonestly, no one knew the possibility of Christian coming back to football. It was a surprise for everybody,\u201d he said as reported by Fabrizio Romano. Conte was questioned if Spurs could resign Eriksen, the Italian answered Sky Sports: \u201cFor sure, to work again with Christian is a fantastic opportunity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Eriksen joined Inter in January 2020, and Conte originally benched him as the Dane fought to cope with life at the San Siro.
