This time, not so much. Madrid has a strong edge at the top of the table, and only a catastrophic collapse can prevent it from advancing to its record-breaking 34 league crowns. Madrid leads Sevilla by ten points, while Barcelona & Atl\u00e9tico Madrid are all 15 points behind.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Carlo Ancelotti\u2019s major concern is Karim Benzema is out of tomorrow\u2019s game with a calf injury. <\/span>This season, the 34-year-old Benzema is arguably the finest game of his long career. He has eight goals in his previous five games, including a hat trick in the second half to knock Paris Saint-Germain out of the Champions League last week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Barcelona, on the other hand, is improving, and Xavi\u2019s team is in terrific goalscoring form, having scored 14 goals in their last four La Liga games. Five of those goals have come from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, so Real Madrid\u2019s defence will need to be mindful of the January signing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Real Madrid has won the last five Clasicos in all competitions, which is their finest run in years.
