Derby manager Wayne Rooney has emerged as a candidate for an emotional return to Everton after the former England Star\u2019s stunning way of handling affairs at Derby County even after the club is facing a financial crisis.<\/p>\n
Rooney is among the favourites to take the permanent charge at Everton football club after former manager Rafa Benitez was sacked after a poor run of form at the club on Sunday after the defeat to Norwich City in the Premier League.<\/p>\n
