Having won their domestic double, Barcelona also won their first-ever Women\u2019s Champions League.<\/p>\n<p>Hayes for Chelsea led a tremendous job taking the Chelsea club to the English league title and also to the finals of the Champions League.<\/p>\n<p>The top 3 short-listed nominees for \u201c The Best FIFA Women\u2019s Player\u201d were Jenni Hermoso from Barcelona, Australian and Chelsea club player Sam Keer and the winner herself Alexia Patellas<\/p>\n<p>Alexia played well for her domestic club Barcelona, having contributed in the 4-0 Finals win against Chelsea, achieving the Women\u2019s Super League Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Hayes for Chelsea has led the team to clinch back-to-back WSL titles, they\u2019re third in 4 years. Hayes also managed to win the Women\u2019s FA Cup and League Cup also took the Blues out for their first Women\u2019s Champions League final.<\/p>\n<p>Coach Hayes expressed her emotions, \u00a0feeling \u201cstumped\u201d after having won the \u201c Best FIFA Women\u2019s Coach\u201d. She credited the \u201cbrilliant player\u201d around her who made this achievement possible and seems delighted with the win.
