Chelsea faces a blow just before their game against Zenit in the Champions League on Wednesday night as their well-known midfielder Mateo Kovacic who has been struggling to play in the first team these days tested positive for COVID-19. On Tuesday, Chelsea FC\u2019s manager Thomas Tuchel gave the team news in the press conference, that\u2019s where he said that the Croatian professional football player will not be able to face some upcoming games as he has been tested positive for COVID-19.<\/p>\n
Chelsea has recently lost to West Ham on Saturday\u2019s opening Premier League game as Tuchel\u2019s side was not so good against The Hammers. David Moyes\u2019 side is been brilliant this season, not only in the Premier League but also in the UEFA Europa League. However, this may not be such a huge blow as Mateo Kovacic already wasn\u2019t getting enough game time this season. But, no doubt, he is one of the important midfielders for the German professional manager\u2019s team.<\/p>\n
