The Black Yellow are very happy with the defender they were looking forward towards as they complete the signing. The club was very keen to add additional cover and competition in defence, with the 23-year old capable of playing both as centre-back or at right-back position for Borussia Dortmund.<\/p>\n<p>Fans are certainly excited to see him play for the team, as he proves to behave a bright future. The Croatia international joins on an initial season-long loan from Wolfsburg. The former Croatian international defender was born in Landshut, as he moved his way back to Lower Saxony from Salzburg in January 2020. He made a total of 21 Bundesliga appearances only to score 2 goals in his career till now.<\/p>\n<p>Dortmund Sporting Director Micheal Zorc said that \u201cMarin is a young central defender with pace who will complete our defence\u201d. He is excited to see Marin as he provides a boost to the defence for Borussia Dortmund.
