Leicester wanted a defender badly in this transfer window as both of their first-team defenders, Wesley Fofana and Jonny Evans has been ruled out because of their injuries. Wesley Fofana was injured in Leicester City\u2019s pre-season game against Europa League winners Villarreal. Because of this horrendous injury, it is being said that Wesley could be ruled out for the whole season. Meanwhile, Leicester City\u2019s other centre-back Jonny Evans is also been said to be out for a couple of months because of his foot injury.<\/p>\n<p>To bolster Leicester\u2019s defence, the offer of \u00a315million was been made to Southampton for Jannik Vestergaard which was accepted by the team and the deal is set to be done.<\/p>\n<p>Jannik Vestergaard deal is expected to be completed in the next few hours.
