Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has punished England\u2019s Football Association(FA) with 30,000 euros for the laser pointer incident at Denmark\u2019s goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.<\/p>\n
A green laser pointer was indicated at Schmeichel during their Euro 2020 semifinal by a spectator as Harry Kane England captain footed up for a penalty in extra time to convey his side a 2-1 victory over Denmark at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The penalty kick by Kane was denied by the Danish keeper but the England striker netted the rebound as the winner for Gareth Southgate\u2019s team to book a spot on Sunday\u2019s final against Italy.<\/p>\n
When made conscious for the first time about the laser pointer occurrence, FA and UEFA surveyed for the source but couldn\u2019t find those responsible.
