I am looking forward to the job because it\u2019s such a nice group that we have, both the staff and the players. To coach here, the mentality has to win every game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have gained a lot of experience in the last two and a half years. At an elite club, you learn from the best. I have developed and perfected my idea. We have the tools to keep winning. That\u2019s our mentality. It is very important to keep this idea developing. We have a nice challenge, which is to win again and that\u2019s the intention,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The former Barca Femini coach stepped down after leading the team to a historic treble by saying he is no longer having the energy to continue the role.
