Fernandinho has signed a one-year contract extension on his current deal with Manchester City and will play his ninth season at the club.<\/p>\n
The 36-year old Brazilian has agreed to a fresh deal, after helping Pep Guardiola\u2019s side to the Premier League title last term. Fernandinho is an integral part of the squad as he offers much-needed stability in the midfield by anchoring it hence allowing attackers the freedom to express themselves upfront.<\/p>\n
