Following a critical meeting, the German Football Association have decided to stick with current Germany manager Joachim Low for the Euros in 2021. After a 6-0 humiliation to Spain on November 17, the German manager\u2019s job was under heavy scrutiny. Despite the defeat, Low showed keen interest in taking the team forward in a meeting with the German FA.<\/p>\n
The German FA released a statement regarding Low\u2019s managerial situation that read, \u201cA single game cannot and must not be a yardstick for the general performance of the national team and the national coach,\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Low was quick to receive the backing of national team director Oliver Bierhoff after the defeat and also a vote of confidence the following day from German FA president Fritz Keller.<\/p>\n The statement further claimed, \u201cLow informed those involved about his assessments, ideas and further plans.
