Indian shuttler Kidambi Srikanth bowed out of the BWF World Tour Finals after the 3rd consecutive defeat in the tournament. He lost his third match to Hong-Kong’s Angus Ng Ka Long on Friday.

Srikant lost all three matches in a similar way against three different shuttlers. In the first encounter, he was defeated by Denmark’s Anders Antonsen and the match lasted just 17 minutes. The second match lasted 78 minutes between Wang and Srikanth. Wang defeated Srikanth 21-19, 9-21, 19-21 in his second match.

Again, Srikant lost his 3rd match in a similar way as before, he managed to win the opening set against Angus but unable to construct the pressure in the remaining sets and lost the match by 21-12, 18-21, 19-21. Srikanth fought hard but couldn’t able to manage to turn the game in his favour.

On the other hand, star shuttler and Olympic is also out of the tournament as she lost her last two games but she ends up his campaign with a winning note against P. Chochuwang. PV Sindhu defeated Thailand’s Chochuwang by 18-21, 15-21 and won the consecutive sets.
