Former chief Brij Bhushan today appeared before the government-appointed oversight committee.

As reported by the PTI, Wrestling Federation of India, former chief Brij Bhushan today appeared before the government-appointed oversight committee headed by Mary Kom.

“Brij Bhushan appeared before the committee today. He straightaway denied all the allegations. He said he never did anything wrong. ” Sources within the ministry of sports told the PTI.

In January last month, the country’s top wrestlers, Bajrang Punia, Sakshee Malikh, and Vinesh Phogat, staged a three-day sit-in protest at Jantar Mantar, accusing WFI Chief Brij Bhushan of sexual harassment and demanding his suspension from the top post.
