It’s just impossible to beat Iga Swiatek this season. The 20-year-old tennis professional eliminates US Open champion Emma Raducanu from Porsche Tennis Grand Prix as the No. 1 WTA player outdated her with a score of 6-4, 6-4 to set a match against Liudmila Samsonova in the semifinals tomorrow.
World No. 1 Swiatek has already won three WTA 1000 titles in a row this tennis season namely the Qatar Open against Anett Kontaveit, the Indian Wells Masters against Maria Sakkari and the Miami Open Masters against four times Grand Slam champion and former World No. 1 Naomi Osaka of Japan.
On the other hand, Samsonova moves on as she takes out local hero Laura Siegemund 7-5, 6-3 and is the third player to advance to the last four of the Stuttgart Open 2022 and have a clash against former French Open champion Swiatek to grab a spot in the final.
