Roger Federer, a 20-time Grand Slam winner, arrived in London on Sunday for the Laver Cup, which will be his final match as a tennis pro. The legendary Swiss tennis player stated last Thursday that he was giving up playing tennis and that the forthcoming Laver Cup in September would be his final ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) tournament.
On September 22, practice with Team Europe is anticipated to be the start of the tennis legend’s final farewell. He will compete in the official tournament, which will take place from September 23 to 25, alongside tennis legends Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and Andy Murray, as well as rising stars Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Tennis legend Federer had decided to call it quits on his professional and competitive career. The Swiss who spent two decades at the top of the men’s tennis world, the previous week had told via his social media account that he will play his last professional tournament in London’s Laver Cup.
