Novak Djokovic, the Serbian tennis player has been on the top in the ATP rankings for the straight 334 weeks. He has made a record of being at one in for the longest time.

Novak Djokovic is a Serbian tennis player who currently ranks 1 in the ATP rankings. Novak hasn’t seen any competition around him in nearly 6 years as he has now made the record of remaining at the top position for the longest ever time than any other tennis player.

The 334 weeks, being on top is not an easy task. It is only because of his hard work and his passion that he has been able to make this record. Novak Djokovic is the winner of all three major tournaments which is been played this year. Rodger Federer, the Swiss tennis player has currently occupied the ninth position in the ATP rankings. They both, unfortunately, Rodger Federer has removed his name from this US Open 2021 because of his knee injury which will see him out for several months.

Federer only informed this by posting a video in his Instagram handle on Sunday. “I will be on crutches for many weeks and out of the game for many months,” Rodger Federer said in a video posted on his Instagram account.

Novak Djokovic is eyeing this US Open 2021 and looking forward to proving to the audience that why he holds the number one position for this many years. However, Daniil Medvedev, the number two in the ATP rankings also will be seen in this US Open 2021.
