Novak Djokovic reaches last four of Serbia Open

The Serbian came back from one set down and a break down to reach the last four at home soil.

Two wins in two days for the Serb as he finds his form on the home soil. Novak Djokovic reaches the semifinals of the Serbia Open defeating Miomir Kecmanovic with a score of 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 as he uses his backhand to finish the job.

Djokovic has reached the last four for the first time this tennis season as he played only two tournaments where he went through early exits. The 20-times Grand Slam champion will either play Thiago Monteiro or Karen Khachanov for the space in the final.

The Serb professional recently lost at the Round of 32 of the Monte Carlo at the hands of the finalist of the tournament Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. The 34-year-old stated that he wasn’t ready for the event but needed practice. Looking at today’s game, Djokovic was much better and looked improved as he waits to return to the Roland Garros tournament in his original form.
