Australian Open: Men’s & Women’s Singles quarterfinals schedule & broadcast

The first Grand Slam of the year has reached the phase of quarterfinals scheduled on the 25th and 26th of January.

Year’s first Grand Slam is now getting tighter as it has reached the phase of the quarterfinals decided today.

Top-seeded players will be facing each other for the place in the semifinals. Where Nadal is looking for his 21st Grand Slam title to surpass Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, Medvedev will be looking to grab the World No. One position in absence of the Serb. Ash Barty on the other hand will be looking for another Grand Slam title and it has not been easier for anyone to dominate the World No. 1 yet.

Here are the quarterfinal fixtures of Men’s Singles and Women’s singles.

Men’s Singles 

Canada’s Denis Shapovalov clashes with Spain’s Rafael Nadal. It is the first match of men’s singles’ quarterfinals taking place on January 25 at the Rod Laver Arena starting from 8:30 am IST.

France’s Gaël Monfils will be competing against Italy’s Matteo Berrettini on January 25 at the Rod Laver Arena starting from 2:45 pm.

Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime is all set to clash against Russia’s Daniil Medvedev on January 26, place and time yet to be announced.

Italy’s Jannik Sinner clashes with Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas on January 26, place and time yet to be announced.

Women’s Singles

The first match will take place between America’s Madison Keys and Czechia’s Barbora Krejčíková on January 25 at Rod Laver Arena starting from 7:00 am.

Australia’s Ash Barty will be facing America’s Jessica Pegula on January 25 at the Rod Laver Arena starting from 1:30 pm.

America’s Danielle Collins to go one on one with France’s Alizé Cornet on January 26, place and time yet to be announced.

Poland’s Iga Świątek to play against Estonia’s Kaia Kanepi on January 26, place and time yet to be announced.
