Sports journalist Boria Majumdar signs for Simon and Schuster India until LA Olympics in 2028

Famous sports journalist Boria Majumdar has officially roped in for Simon & Schuster for the next seven years to lead different sports events until the Olympics in 2028, Los Angeles.

Senior sports journalist Boria Majumdar on Thursday has officially signed in for Simon and Schuster India with the motive of working on five different in-depth sports projects over the next seven years which ultimately leads to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics games. The project taken by him will also include Indian cricket, the Paralympic games the prestigious Olympic games and many more in the upcoming future. This will be a big step towards the sports heritage of our nation, as the development and the organisation should be done systematically under Majumdar. This year also marks, when the Indian contingents for 2the 020 Tokyo Olympics had their best campaign.

Boria Majumdar was seen very excited to sign for Simon and Schuster as he took it over social media platforms by mentioning “ I am delighted. Looking forward to doing some quality work on Indian sport.

Later, Simon and Schuster also officially announced the signing of Boria Majumdar in the latest post “Simon & Schuster India is proud to announce its association with India’s foremost sports journalist, academic and author of ‘Eleven Gods and a Billion Indians’ (2018), and ‘Mission Domination: An Unfinished Quest’ (with Kushan Sarkar 2021)”

The veteran sports journalist also mentioned in a press conference stating “ I have always felt sport is the best prism to understand a country better and to see Simon and Schuster take up sports publishing with the seriousness it deserves.”
