World Cup qualifier: Griezmann’s brace powers France secure a victory against Finland

French national football team has beaten Finland in the World Cup qualifiers match on Tuesday night. It was an emphatic two nil victory for the French side as they go top of Group D. With this victory France registered their third victory in the World Cup qualifiers in six matches and in the remaining three they were held to draw. Goalkeeper Hugo Lloris’ haven’t faced a loss in the qualifiers yet.

France as expected were dominating the ball possession as well as the game. The Finland midfielder conceded a yellow card at a very early stage of the game for his very bad challenge. Griezmann kicked the ball way too far from the net and the score remained 2-0 until the final whistle from the referee.
