Manchester United’s boss Erik ten Hag has spoken out after his team faced a 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night, saying that they have the worst schedule in the league. The Red Devils have been struggling with a busy fixture list in recent weeks, with Europa League and Premier League matches came thick and fast.
Ten Hag expressed his frustration with the schedule after the draw, saying, “We have the worst schedule of any team in the league. It’s not fair to have to play so many games in such a short amount of time.” Manchester United have already played 50+ matches this season.
Despite the difficult schedule, Manchester United have been performing well, and the draw against Tottenham keeps them in fourth place in the Premier League table. However, Ten Hag knows that his team will need to be at their best to maintain their position in the league and compete in the league.
