United were down to 3-0 right after the second half started but United did manage to come back with back to back errors from Spurs keeper Fraser Forster. Two goals from United ignited their hope but a corner from Heung-min Son was the game changer.

A 4-3 scoreline sums up the rollercoaster encounter at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where Spurs managed to fend off a spirited United comeback to secure a place in the semi-finals.
The game started with Tottenham in scintillating form, dominating proceedings and racing to a 3-0 lead. Goals from Solanke, and Dejan Kulusevski, had United reeling by the time the second half began. Just when it seemed like the game was out of reach, Manchester United found a lifeline.
A couple of errors from Spurs goalkeeper Fraser Forster allowed United to claw their way back into the contest. Goals from Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes reignited hope for the Red Devils and silenced the home crowd momentarily. The momentum appeared to have shifted entirely in United’s favor as they relentlessly pressed for an equalizer.
However, Tottenham captain Heung-min Son had other ideas. In the dying moments, his perfectly delivered corner found the net directly, which sealed the match for Spurs.
