However, the buy option clause of €60 million has also been included in this deal which will be valid after the completion of the loan in June 2025.

Initially, Tel rejected Spurs’ approach, preferring to stay and fight for his place at Bayern. However, as the window progressed, he reconsidered and ultimately agreed to the move. The deal also includes a €60 million buy option, which Spurs can activate at the end of the loan in June 2025.
The 18-year-old forward, known for his pace, dribbling, and finishing ability, arrives in North London to bolster Ange Postecoglou’s attacking options. With Spurs pushing for a top-four finish in the Premier League, Tel’s addition could provide crucial depth in their attacking department.
It remains to be seen how he adapts to English football, but if he impresses, Tottenham could secure a long-term talent for their squad.
