Salah’s majestic performance only ended up in a draw against defending champions Manchester City

An exciting match between two of the Premier League giants which ended in a draw with spectacular performance by Salah and Foden

It was a classic match between two of the biggest franchise in PL history, who were placed 2nd (Manchester City) and 3rd (Liverpool) in the table. The match was held in Liverpool home ground named Anfield.

Manchester City dictated the first half by breaking into Liverpool defence but just couldn’t get enough to score, whereas Liverpool was far more defensive and sloppy with the ball

In the second half, Liverpool came out with fire as they started attacking and attempted a shot after the 50th minute but still couldn’t budge the City’s defence, finally at 57th-minute, Salah skillfully loops it over the defender from the left side and finds cutting Mane who finished it with ease.

Then the blue boys answered back by a precise finish by Foden assisted by a great Gabriel Jesus run. Salah then went on to return the favour with a masterclass goal after taking on 4 defences and then finish it from his weaker foot. It was a wonderful strike by Mohammad Salah. What a game this was as another equaliser was struck by now De Bruyne which was deflected by Joel Matip with just 9 minutes left on the clock. Both teams tried their best to score another goal to earn those 3 points but just could not get over the top. This could be one of the games game this season as agreed by the match Commentators.
