Ronaldo scoring spree continues as Portugal beat Qatar 3-0 in the international friendlies

Cristiano Ronaldo scored another goal for Portugal and set the record for most international goals (112) against a 3-0 win against Qatar.

Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t stop as in even in a friendly game against Qatar, he took the opportunity of increasing his goal total, the Manchester forward took advantage of slacking defence of Qatar and was able to come away with a goal.

The goal added the 112th international goal to his tally in 181 international appearances, both of the records after he overtook world-class defender Sergio Ramos record of 180 international appearances for Spain. Ronaldo was taken out of the game at half as Portugal manager Rafael Leao looks to manage his minutes and not to overload his star player in friendlies. Jose Fonte was able to able to find the net earlier in the 2nd half and Andre Silva got himself on the score sheet at the 90th-minute mark.
