Richarlison will be leaving Everton to join Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur. The deal has been agreed upon between the two clubs and is said to be a permanent one. Personal terms have been met and agreed upon. The first part of the paperwork is also done with Everton. The whole deal will be worth £50m plus there will be add-ons included. The Brazilian sensation is now on his to Brazil to do the medical tests.
Richarlison had a very decent season for Everton during the 2021-22 Premier League campaign. The 25-year-old Brazilian had scored 10 goals and provided 5 assists while playing 30 games in the Premier League for Everton. Richarlison was playing for Watford before coming to Everton. He made his Premier League debut against Liverpool in 2017. He then left Watford the following season to join Everton for a fee of £11 million. He has been an absolute baller ever since he had joined Everton and many clubs were watching over him. On top of that, he is quite young and if he was to join a top club, then they would be able to easily benefit from him.
Tottenham Hotspur had quite a nice campaign in the Premier League the previous season. They managed to finish 4th place which means they will be playing in the Champions League after a while. So they have been preparing well on the field as well as off the field by bringing in such players. Antonio Conte would be hoping to achieve quite a lot with this mega signing.
