Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz attend Real Madrid’s match against Espanyol at Santiago Bernabeu. The Spaniards utilize their time while they are in Madrid, Spain for the clay tournament ATP Mutua Madrid Open. Both the players are scheduled to kick start on May 3rd.
The 21-times times Grand Slam champion also took the honorary kick-off while Alcaraz was in the stands enjoying the scene. The Los Blancos just need one point to ensure their La Liga title tonight to their record-extending 35 league trophies.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, following ATP Mutua Madrid Open’s draw revealed, Nadal could face Alcaraz again in the quarterfinals of the tournament in Spain. The two met each other at the Indian Wells Masters semifinals where the 19-year-old emerging star was beaten by the legendary king of clay whom Alcaraz considers his idol. The match between Nadal and Alcaraz was considered one of the best matches of the 2022 tennis season so far.
