Rafael Nadal at Real Madrid match! Takes honorary kick-off

The 21-times Grand Slam champion visited Bernabeu while he is in Madrid, Spain for his ATP Madrid Open tournament scheduled for May 3rd.

Rafael Nadal took the honorary kick-off in Real Madrid’s match against Espanyol. The 21-times Grand Slam champion is in Madrid, Spain and attended the Los Blancos match where they need just one point to assure their La Liga title tonight.

Nadal is back on the court for his tournament ATP Mutua Madrid Open and is scheduled to have his first fixture on May 3rd. The 35-year-old last played at Indian Wells Masters 2022 where he was beaten by Taylor Fritz at the battle of title. He has already won three titles this year namely, ATP Summerset, Mexican Open defeating Cameron Norrie and Australian Open where he clinched the record of his 21st Grand Slam defeating World No. 2 Daniil Medvedev.
