Paris Saint-Germain is preparing to advance in their efforts to sign João Neves from Benfica and Victor Osimhen from Napoli next week.
Benfica understands Neves’ desire to join PSG and talks between the clubs are progressing. While PSG has agreed on personal terms with Neves, negotiations with Benfica are ongoing. PSG has made a €70 million offer, but Benfica is seeking a bit more money. Benfica president Rui Costa confirmed the official proposal and the ongoing discussions.
PSG to Approach Napoli’s Victor Osimhen
Paris Saint-Germain is set to make a proposal next week for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, according to Fabrizio Romano. With Kylian Mbappé’s departure to Real Madrid, PSG sees Osimhen as a key reinforcement.
Talks between PSG and Napoli will continue as both clubs work to agree on a fee. Osimhen has already given his approval to join PSG. While Napoli initially sought Osimhen’s €130 million release clause, they may accept a lower fee. Last season, Osimhen scored 17 goals and provided three assists in 32 appearances for Napoli.
