Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is reportedly in advanced talks to secure the services of Luis Enrique as their new head coach. This comes shortly after the club’s decision to part ways with Christophe Galtier just a few days ago. If the negotiations reach a successful conclusion, it will mark the return of Luis Enrique to club football after several years.
Luis Enrique, a former Spanish international and Barcelona player, has established himself as one of the most respected managers in the world of football. His coaching career was when he was appointed as the head coach of Barcelona in 2014, where he achieved tremendous success. Under his guidance, Barcelona won numerous trophies, including two La Liga titles, three Copa del Rey titles, and the UEFA Champions League in 2015.
After leaving Barcelona in 2017, Luis Enrique took a break from coaching to spend time with his family and deal with personal matters. During this period, he remained out of the limelight. However, it seems that his appetite for coaching has been reignited, and he is ready to make a comeback in the club football arena.
