Chelsea FC have officially signed Portuguese forward Joao Felix on loan until the end of the season (2022/23). Chelsea have completed their fourth signing of the window as they have already brought in a new midfielder, new striker, new defender and have now got a new forward as well.
The Portuguese forward was very keen to join the English Premier League side this transfer window. Atletico Madrid didn’t sent him permanently as they want the Portuguese forward to play for them next season. Joao Felix wanted to try out some new league after playing some seasons in spain.
Joao Felix had a decent performance in FIFA World Cup 2022 with Portugal national football team. The Portuguese will be available for Chelsea in their next game which is against Fulham FC on Friday in the English Premier League.
Graham Potter is happy with the signing as he has many injury concerns and wanted someone to fill up the place. Graham Potter also gave an update on their forward Christian Pulisic who got injured and will be out for nearly 2 months.
