After a few of the Newcastle United squad members tested positive for the coronavirus last week, the club called off all kinds of training sessions on Monday. Members of the squad have been self isolating for a week now.
Newcastle United's players will train at the Training Centre today following a temporary closure last week due to a rise in Covid-19 cases.

Aston Villa vs Newcastle United on December 5 was also cancelled and postponed due to the outbreak of the virus in the squad. After pertaining to all protocols, players and staff can now resume all kinds of training activities provided they have tested negative.
Newcastle United play West Bromwich Albion at home on Saturday, December 12.
