Mbappe back in Paris as PSG wins 2-1 against Strasbourg

Kylian Mbappe scored the winner in the additional time which gave PSG three points.

Paris Saint-Germain have played their first game after the FIFA World Cup 2022. They are currently in the top of the league (Ligue 1). They had a game against Strasbourg on Wednesday night, 28th December. The host were amazing and they got the deserved three points in the end.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) scored the first goal of the game as it took only 14 minutes for Marquinhos to get on the scoresheet. PSG were dominating and deserving leading Strasbourg by 1-0 in the first half with a number chances they created.

In the second half, Marquinhos scored another goal but this time it made the scoreline 1-1 as it was an own goal from the defender. PSG were in big trouble as they were down to 10 men after the Brazilian winger Neymar Jr. was shown the red card.

Neymar was shown second yellow card for diving in the Strasbourg’s penalty box. PSG played with one man down for 30 minutes. Kylian Mbappe who wasn’t seen much in the game had an amazing moment as he has his first goal in the 90+5th minute which sealed the victory for PSG.

It was some goal from him and the French forward didn’t hesitate to remove his jersey after that.
