
The English Premier League sides will not be playing in the league this weekend as the teams will be seen in the domestic league named FA Cup. The English clubs will be seen competing with each other in the FA Cup 2022/23. Manchester United had a third round game against Everton on Friday night.
The game was played at Old Trafford (Manchester United’s home ground). Winger Antony scored the first goal of the game in just the 4th minute. After having some bad games, the Brazilian winger Antony was back on the scoresheet. However Everton didn’t hold behind and equalised in the 14th minute. Everton’s defender Conor Coady scored the equaliser. The teams go to the tunnel level on terms in the half-time.
Manchester United didn’t take much time in second half to take back their deserved lead. Marcus Rashford made some twists and turns in Everton’s box and an own goal from Conor Coady gives Man United the lead again.
Everton did equalise again a few minutes later but it was then ruled out by VAR for offside. The Red Devils also got penalty in the last minute of the game due to the foul made on youngster Alejandro Garnacho. Rashford finished off well from the spot to make Man United victorious by 3-1.
