The visitors went to Turf Moor for their second meeting in the league as the first one was easily won by Rangnick’s men by 3-1. After Raphael Varane’s heading goal was ruled out by VAR, another Frenchman Paul Pogba gave the lead to United by his emphatic finish. It was great gameplay from Man United which led to the first goal of the game.

The Red Devils were leading in the first half, but couldn’t hold the opposition in the second half as they scored the equaliser just a few minutes after the referee’s whistle. Burnley’s striker Jay Rodriguez scored the wonderful goal to equalise the score and make it 1-1. Manchester United was pushed back by the host in the second half as they created 7 chances at the start of the second half as compared to United’s 0.
