Manchester City emerged victorious in style, defeating their cross-town rivals, Manchester United, by a huge scoreline of 3-0. The match took place on a thrilling Sunday night in the English Premier League at the home of the Red Devils i.e. Old Trafford.
Erling Haaland, the Norwegian sensation who has taken the footballing world by storm, showcased his immense talent by scoring two of City’s three goals. His clinical finishing and impressive positioning made him the standout performer of the match. Haaland’s first goal came in the first half when he capitalized from a penalty spot, error by Manchester United and he made no errors in placing the ball at the back of the net.
But Haaland wasn’t done yet. In the 49tb minute, he once again demonstrated his remarkable scoring play scoring a brilliant header from a well-placed cross. The Old Trafford fans were left disappointed after the game and it was a poor performance from the Ten Hag’s men.
