Luka Romero set for loan move to Deportivo Alavés

Luka Romero is on the verge of joining Deportivo Alavés on loan from AC Milan, with documents being prepared between the clubs. The move will see the 19-year-old Argentine return to play in La Liga next season.

Romero, who joined AC Milan from Lazio, is reportedly in advanced negotiations with the Basque team based in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Alavés finished 10th in La Liga last season as a newly promoted team.

The transfer is progressing, and Romero is not expected to travel with Milan for their friendly match against Rapid Vienna. Last season, Romero made 18 appearances and scored 3 goals for Milan and Almeria.

This loan move aims to provide Romero with more playing time and experience in the Spanish league.
