Liverpool FC made an amazing comeback in this quarter-final game of the Carabao Cup against Leicester City as they were trailing in the whole game before their forward Minamino scored the last-minute equalizing goal to move the match to the penalty shootout. Jamie Vardy completed his brace in just 13 minutes of the game and Leicester was leading Liverpool FC by 2-0 in very quick succession. But, Liverpool played the way they used to play and pulled one back in just 6 minutes after Vardy’s brace. It was Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who opened the scoring for the Reds. But the game didn’t stop here as Leicester found another goal and they were now leading 3-1 against Jurgen Klopp’s men. The first half ended with this scoreline and it seemed it would be difficult for the Reds to qualify for the next round. But, the second-half had other plans as Liverpool was right back into the game in terms of shots on goal and chances creation as soon as the half started.
