Liverpool FC defeated Wolves in the third round replay game which was played on Tuesday night, 17th January at Molineux Stadium. Liverpool got their first victory of 2023 and they moved to the next round of the competition.
Liverpool FC who are not in good run of form this season are targeting a new midfielder for next season. They want a new midfielder or maybe two new midfielders as per reports. As reported by Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday that Wolves’ midfielder named Matheus Nunes is Liverpool’s main target for the summer.
In the summer transfer window, Liverpool FC want to sign midfielders in order to fight back for the trophies in the next season. Liverpool are out of the Carabao Cup and in the round of 16 of Champions League but not expected to win the trophy this year based on their current form.
