Robert Lewandowski has confirmed that he will be staying in Barcelona next season as well. Former Bayern Munich Striker Robert Lewandowski who signed for Barcelona last season wants to commit his future at the club despite a poor performance in the current season so far.
Robert Lewandowski was fantastic in his first season at Barcelona as he also helped Barcelona win the La Liga title last year. He topped the list of top goalscorer in the league last season and he was unstoppable. Defenders were finding it very difficult to stop him and that’s why Barcelona played massively well last season.
But this season, he was hindered with injuries and also wasn’t playing the game that well as compared to last season. Despite a challenging period, Robert Lewandowski wants to stay at the club and give it a try next season.
Manager of Barcelona, Xavi is all set to leave the club soon who signed the striker but still Lewandowski will be in the squad. Now it all depends on the new manager whether he wants Lewandowski in his team or not. If the new manager goes against him then he will have no other option but to leave the club.
