The club and the manager has already agreed on the terms and Pochettino won’t be a manager of the club next season. At start of the season, Chelsea were in the botton half of the table but Pochettino did a great job in bringing them to the top 6 to nearly confirm their place in the next season’s European cup. However, Chelsea still isn’t convinced with the manager and has decided to part ways with him.

Chelsea FC has announced the immediate departure of their manager, Mauricio Pochettino, after a single season in charge. The decision, reached by mutual consent, confirms that Pochettino will not be managing the club next season. Despite a remarkable turnaround during his tenure, the club are in search of new manager.

Pochettino brought a struggling Chelsea side at the start of the season, to the top half of the Premier League table. Through tactics, he managed to guide the Blues to a reputable finish, positioning them on the brink of European qualification and overtaking Manchester United and Newcastle United. This saw Chelsea display significant improvements in both performance and results.

However, the Chelsea board remains unconvinced whether to give Pochettino long-term role in the club. Despite the progress and near the European competition next season, the club’s leadership has opted for a managerial change.
