Giorgio Chiellini extends his journey at Juventus by signing a new two-year contract until 2023.

Euro 2020 winner Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini has extended his contract with Juventus by signing a new two-year deal until 2023 the club announced on Monday.

Captain of the Italy team has been an amazing leader. He directed his side to succeed at the 2020 European championship. Chiellini’s last contract with the Serie A club Juventus was out of the agreement and had ended on the final day of June the time Italy were part taking in the Euro 2020 tournament.

“Giorgio Chiellini embodies everything that Juventus stands for, and it is through his commitments excellent displays over the last 16 years that have earned him a contract renewal,” said Juventus.

“There is an overlap in Giorgio’s DNA and that of Juve’s. He forms a big part of Juve’s history, yet also the present and the future,” the club further added.
