Sunday’s second clash between ATK Mohun Bagan and Odisha FC resulted in a 0-0 draw as both the teams lost two crucial points. Hero Indian Super League 2021/22 season’s points table is not stable these days as the points gap between the teams is less. On Sunday after Bengaluru FC drew with FC Goa, ATK Mohun had a chance to jump to the top 4 of the Hero Indian Super League points table but a draw against Odisha FC didn’t let that happen. It was a disappointing night for both the teams as both had a great chance to go up the table and close the gap with Kerala Blasters FC who are sitting at the top with 20 points in 11 matches they played.
Odisha FC is now at 17 points after earning a single point from this game which was played at Fatorda Stadium on Sunday whereas ATK Mohun Bagan is in 7th place on the table with 16 points in 12 they played. This season is not going so far good for Juan Ferrando’s men as they also changed their manager after some bad results at the start of this 2021/22 season. However, seeing the stats ATK Mohun Bagan had a great chance to earn three points from this game as they took 16 shots on goal as compared to Odisha’s 13, and also they had 6 of them on target.

Despite keeping 56% of possession, ATK Mohun Bagan couldn’t find the winner and had to settle for a draw at the end. ATK’s next game is against SC East Bengal who is struggling as well this season.
