ISL 2020: Mumbai City FC still top of the league despite 1-1 draw against Jamshedpur FC

Mumbai City FC’s 4 game winning streak has come to an end after a 1-1 draw against 6th placed Jamshedpur FC. Nerijus Valskis scored his 6th goal in 5 games to open the scoring for Jamshedpur FC. MCFC responded in no time with a goal from Bartholomew Ogbeche, who scored at end of a well built team goal.

Jamshedpur’s Aitor Monroy received his second yellow card after a rash foul in the 28th minute. The momentum was with Mumbai City FC yet they could not manage to get the winner in the second half. A point gained means MCFC are still top of the league.
