After the table-toppers Arsenal defeated Manchester United by 3-2 in the Premier League on Sunday, 22nd January, manager Erik ten Hag wasn’t happy with United players. The Manchester United’s manager felt all the three goals scored by Arsenal in this game was a mistake by their players which could have avoided.
Erik ten Hag says the players weren’t focused enough in the game and that cost them the game. Ten Hag was not happy with their players as he also felt that some extra efforts from player would have changed this result. On the other hand, Erik also appreciated Mikel Arteta’s side (Arsenal FC) who played well and are on the top of the Premier League table based on their performances this season.
“At the moment I am annoyed. I told the players if you want to win trophies, titles, we have to change our mentality because it’s not possible you are in a top game, you’re making three such big mistakes where you concede goals,” said Erik ten Hag after the game against Arsenal on Sunday as telecasted on Star Sports Network.
