Joao Felix who has recently joined AC Milan from Chelsea on a 6-months loan deal, has announced that he would love to join the Serie A side permanently. Within a week of switching the club, Felix is loving the atmosphere at Milan. Joao had a poor time at Premier League and he feels he can explore well in the Italian League.
Portuguese forward João Félix has made a notable impact since joining AC Milan on loan from Chelsea until June 2025. After a challenging period in the Premier League, where he started only three league matches and scored once, Félix sought a fresh start in Serie A. His decision appears to be paying off, as he scored on his debut in a 3-1 Coppa Italia victory against Roma.
Expressing his enthusiasm for his new environment, Félix stated, “I’ve joined Milan on loan for six months, but if there’s a chance to stay here beyond this season, I’d like it.” He praised the club, the fans, and the city, indicating a strong preference to remain if the opportunity arises.
AC Milan’s management has also shown interest in extending Félix’s stay. Geoffrey Moncada, the club’s chief scout, highlighted the “excellent relationship” with Chelsea, suggesting that discussions about a permanent transfer could occur in the summer.
